To streamline operations, a fully automated workflow was built in n8n integrating Monday.com, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Gemini AI. The system now handles project initiation, communication, and weekly updates automatically, improving speed, clarity, and client experience. When a new project is added to Monday.com, the workflow automatically generates AI-personalized onboarding emails, creates Slack channels and Google Drive folders dynamically, distributes onboarding resources to clients and teams, and sends weekly AI-generated progress summaries via Slack. The automation runs entirely within n8n, orchestrating Monday.com triggers, HTTP requests for project details, Google Gemini AI for content generation, Gmail for automated emails, Google Drive API for folder creation, and Slack API for channel management and updates.
