About Embitronics
We are a small engineering team building hardware, AI, and the software that ties them together.
Origin
How the studio started.
We started as engineers who kept finding the same problem: hardware projects shipping on time but breaking on contact with users, and software projects engineered well but never quite talking to the device they were supposed to drive.
So we built a studio where the PCB designer, the firmware lead, the app dev, and the AI engineer sit on the same team — and the same Slack thread — for the life of every project.
Today we ship hardware that gets manufactured, AI workflows that get used in production, and the apps and dashboards that read from both. We work with founders and product teams who want one team they can call when something across the stack needs to change.

Values
Four things we hold to.
Pick the right tool
Right tool for the problem, not the trendiest one. We try new chips, frameworks, and model architectures on the projects where they earn their place — and stay with the boring, reliable choice when nothing's gained by switching.
Test where it ships
Tested in the room the device actually lives in, against the scale the system actually runs at. We instrument what we ship so we can tell you what's happening when something breaks — instead of guessing from a stack trace.
Tell you the hard call
We tell you what we'd do if it were our money. That includes the hard call: when the project shape needs changing, when the timeline isn't realistic, when the technology you've asked for is the wrong fit for the problem.
Write down the lessons
Every project gets a post-mortem the team actually reads. What broke, what we'd do differently, and what carries to the next build. Engineering compounds when you write the lessons down.
Timeline
How the studio grew.
Founded
Started as a hardware-and-firmware shop, focused on connected devices for clients who needed the board, the firmware, and the cloud side under one team.
Added the AI practice
Stood up an AI for business practice alongside the embedded work — agents, RAG, voice — and a mobile team for the companion apps that ride on the devices we ship.
Shipped to production
Wearables, MQTT-backed cold-chain devices, a 200kW DC fast charger, and the first voice and conversational AI agents went live with paying clients.
Today
Two flagship tiers — Hardware & Embedded, and AI for Business — with 21 case studies on the site spanning EV charging, medical wearables, ground-water IoT, voice agents, and conversational analytics.
