Hardware & Embedded

Hardware & Mechanical Design

We take a board and figure out how to package it. Mechanical design in SolidWorks or Fusion 360, thermal modelling for boards that get warm, RF clearances when an antenna is involved, and DFM checks before you commit to tooling. We work alongside our PCB and firmware teams so the housing, the board, and the cable harness all show up to the same meeting.

Our process

How we deliver

01

Brief & constraints

Mechanical envelope, drop-test class, IP rating, certification path.

02

Concept models

Two or three rough enclosures, picked together with the electrical team.

03

Detailed CAD & DFM

Final mechanical drawings, tolerance review, supplier-ready outputs.

04

Prototype & validate

3D-printed and machined samples; iterate to lock the design.
